Why does Tumblr have an obsession with vitiligo?

  • Suicide Girl model and America's Next Top Model contestant have it, spread on Tumblr, that's why.

She looks like a character from Megaman, but at least it's not another awful redesign.

But anyway, more tumblr-approved art

Cycalists are supposed to shave their legs since here is no dirty or oily hair to get into road rash abrasions. Also, is this person trying to go for a bad genderbend?

Basically, my work won't be a success, I don't have the cash, I won't change the media world by doing my own stuff, people won't like it so it's better to expect the world to suit me.
As much as how they could say they have a point in not having money and being able to "change status quo", that still doesn't excuse one from still trying. For one, if they want better designed armor, maybe they should try to draw their own rather than edit or make pot-shots. Maybe even just post it on the internet outside of the Tumblr hugboxes once in a while. Then again, I could be wrong. Seriously though, with the whole success thing, does the word "cult hit" and "word of mouth" fly over them?

This is pretty bullshitty, honestly. Doing stuff in your free time and even for free can make a difference, especially if they're so motivated for representation. The thing about "not having money" is that if you haven't already made stuff, nobody's going to trust you with their money, no matter how "progressive" your idea may be for a variety of reasons. (cough, Arkh Project)

Most people don't create things for the sake of profit(most of the time), but for themselves or others, and honestly this shows just how shallow these people are when it comes to creating content. You can't expect everyone to hand you things for the sake of social progressiveness. Sometimes you have to do it yourself.

They do draw it, it just looks, well, awful. The kind of thing that turns out to lack in value nonetheless.

Maybe it's just the optimist in me, but I feel like some of these people could actually be fairly successful if they dropped the SJW bullshit in theor drawing and try to work on their own art style. Some of em seem to be pretty talented, and as dumb as I think covering people they find scantly clad is, I'll admit that some of their designs for armor and combat fatigues would be pretty cool if they weren't using them to fuck up established characters. It's probably not too likely to happen, but here's hoping they actually do something with what they got.

Mr Progressive: A neckbeard hispter tech guru that drinks coffee, talks in buzzwords, makes "inteligent food" with garbage and likes to claim is poor and black while having the whitest WASP parents that work in the senate.

So it appears that the SJW art movement is showing itself on reddit as well. Here's one example of a piece of WoW fanart that one of those people "made it better".

The original artwork.

That same piece of art, "made better".

That person wasn't subtle about that work either:

Looking at these comments, it's good to see I'm not the only enlightened person in this subreddit who is willing to call out misogynist fanart for what it is, and willing to make it better to create a more inclusive community.

Gamers like this "Ilya" need to understand that this sort of toxic pandering is not okay.

That comment reeks of a typical Tumblrtot, and the "improvement" to the art is clearly Repair Her Armor-tier.

It also wasn't the first time this person went on with "improving" other people's art, here's another example:

The original, it's the first picture.

The "improvement."

Smearing shit on skin is not an improvement.
