Cryptocurrencies are shit for plenty of reasons you didn't even bother going over, but ok. Go to bat for the most retarded implementations of a good idea.

It'd be like living in the late '90s and believing the Beanie Baby craze is the end of civilization as we know it, rather than just a dumb speculative bubble that you can ignore if you think it's a bad idea. Hell, at least crypto has theoretical justification for its valuation.I still don't understand crypto that well, but I know enough to know this reaction makes no sense.
What about the current implementations is so bad? I don't know enough about the various currencies to understand what they're all doing wrong.Cryptocurrencies are shit for plenty of reasons you didn't even bother going over, but ok. Go to bat for the most retarded implementations of a good idea.
Isn't that just paranoia? Is there a psychopathology that describes someone who considers every trivial thing he doesn't like as an imminent worldwide calamity? Because whatever that's called, Jim has it in spades.
Idk if it's real but I'd call it narcissistic paranoia.Isn't that just paranoia?
Jim is exactly the type who would want something terrible to happen only so he could say he was right about itIdk if it's real but I'd call it narcissistic paranoia.
there is, the following is its listing in the mental disorders section of the WHOIs there a psychopathology that describes someone who considers every trivial thing he doesn't like as an imminent worldwide calamity? Because whatever that's called, Jim has it in spades.
For anyone curious, it's just a find-and-replace job. Instead of Twitter Usage, it was originally schizophrenia.there is, the following is its listing in the mental disorders section of the WHOView attachment 2774095
The thing is I don't believe Jim actually believes these things are any kind of problem. I really think the only reason he's going so hard on NFTs and crypto lately is because it's the first """new""" topic he's had to complain about in literally years. Is there a psychopathology that describes someone who considers every trivial thing he doesn't like as an imminent worldwide calamity? It's similar to how he doesn't actually believe the UK is shoah-ing troons, as evidenced by the fact he's planning another trip there next year, but he knows it gets him attention when he screeches about 'literal genocide'.
Sooo close to a moment of self reflection there (10:45ish) and Jimmy boy shifted back into his fantasy land.
Funny. I never got the appeal of grown men playing with toys on camera.Sooo close to a moment of self reflection there (10:45ish) and Jimmy boy shifted back into his fantasy land.
I find it entertaining in a nostalgic sort of way, because a lot of the toys are from the era I grew up in, but I agree it's weird to hoard this shit as a grown man.Funny. I never got the appeal of grown men playing with toys on camera.
Collecting toys is one hint less retarded than playing with them on camera, but it's not like they will raise in value (even more so in 10 or so years from now).
That's what the man-cave is for. You don't put these things all over the living room or bedroom unless you already have a girl and she's a geek as well. You shove that stuff into its own room, out of the way of "casual" visitors. Keep your autism under wraps. What I always wonder is --hypothetically speaking of course-- if Jim or any of these guys bring a woman home how do they explain it. Moreover, what do the women think when they walk into the room of a 30+ man and see Boglins and Mysterio figures all over the place.
It really depends on what you collect. While Funko Pops have become the beanie babies of this generation, there is still a market for them.Maybe if you get a rare/limited edition collectible your kids may get their money back in 100 years from now, but it's not like the mass produced funkopops will be anything more than trash in 10 years from now. Even in the future, there's so many of them/so mass produced that they will be garbage. And nobody actively seeks out this shit, so they will just waste away.
Depends on the size of the collection and how well they are taken care of. If you have a small shelf that is dusted and out of the way you will have a much better chance than a room full that looks like you go in there once or twice a month to either play or add to it.What I always wonder is --hypothetically speaking of course-- if Jim or any of these guys bring a woman home how do they explain it. Moreover, what do the women think when they walk into the room of a 30+ man and see Boglins and Mysterio figures all over the place.
The collar is old news but I'll never stop being surprised by how little he looks like a woman, I work with a short, fat, balding old lady and even compared to her Jim looks nothing like a woman. He's now taken up wearing a collar, is he going to come out as a furry next since being a troon wasn't enough?

Am I the only person who's started reflexively turning away from his screen in revulsion every time I see pictures of Jim?He's now taken up wearing a collar, is he going to come out as a furry next since being a troon wasn't enough?
