I've been looking for it for years. You can definitely find lots of these staged pedestrian hits, though.

I actually just found one even better. The Russkie literally just fucking runs him over.
There's another funny one near the end where someone is getting ready to do a dive into the scam victim's car but instead gets run over by a car going in the other direction.
