I heard from Jim's chat that Donga works at a Burger King and is a deadbeat dad with four kids he is trying to not pay child support for. Don't know if it is true or not but it is just a rumor I heard.

I look at Jim as just any other forum/image board troll but with a voice. That’s honestly why he doesn’t go after Ralph, because he does things and “believes“ things that entertain him, and the misery of the people he doesn’t like entertains him most of all.

Someone actually pulled the court docs, it has Tonka’s ID which shows us he is white and not native like he larped on the Kumite.

Was this before or after the order? I don't exactly know how those protective orders work in the US, let alone state-specific ones but wouldn't it more apply to anything in the document submitted and posted after the court decision date?

Jim is clearly going out of his way to NOT make fun of Ralph, the stream he did before this one was close to actually making fun of him, but with this one it was obvious he wanted to avoid it. So much so that he edited clips beforehand to deflect to the pillstream, something that happened years ago and no one cares about anymore.
He went after people like Kraut for what? Tweeting at UKIP to get RAS removed? Or was it the doxing? Because Ralph has done both things multiple times on a much larger scale.
Or what about Tonka being an internet tough guy obsessed with superchats to the point he makes up lies and stories? Exactly like Ralph.
Or Jarbo flagging 4-5 videos unrelated to Jim? Unlike Ralph flagging every single copy of KaP's Jim video, or anything that makes fun of him.
What about baked going after his audience? Well, he just called them "toxic" and that was enough for Jim but Ralph actually doxing his paypigs, nah, "where is the evidence" he might say.
The guy devoted so much time to these people, but when it comes to Ralph it's play the prerecorded clip and ignore the superchats.
He will go after someone like Mersh because it's an easy target and because Mersh will obviously respond to Jim.
He will never go after Ralph in any significant way, either because he used to see Ralph as a friend and pities him or because Ralph actually does have dirt on him, who the fuck knows? Either way the result is the same.

I think the speculation that Ralph has some sort of advantage over Jim here is quite honestly retarded. I’ve stated my theories as to why jim doesn’t go at Ralph, but if you want a more grounded theory it’s that..
Ralph is no fun. Sure he seethes, he copes and indeed he dilates, but Ralph is less spergy and more nasty. He’s a gunted trailer trash wigger with an affinity for violence and no discipline in regards to getting litigious. He’s just.. bitter, and vile and repugnant and whilst it’s fun to poke at him, it definitely doesn’t look fun to deal with his constant bullshit.

That's stupid, was Ross "fun"? Were any of the targets of his videos "fun"? What makes Ralph not fun but all as opposed to all the other insane re.tards that would shit themselves, drink themselves to death, etc.? What about Montagraph who would just try to go after anyone that talked about him, was he not "fun"? Why did Jim dedicate so many streams to him then?
That's just a way to cope for why Jim gives a free pass to Ralph.
Maybe you misunderstood what I wrote but whether Ralph has dirt on Jim makes no difference at this point, the result is exactly the same as if he did.

I think montograph is actually the reason Jim DOESNT go after Ralph, because if I recall, that didn’t go too well. Although maybe I’m just ignorant because the montograph shit was so boring I couldn’t watch much. There’s also the fact that jim hasn’t really “gone after” anyone like he used to since his dox. But I concede that you do have a point about the fun aspect.
