Why wouldn't they? I think that would be quite an achievement. It's something we do together of course, as a team, so some of the credit should you to you guys.

I doubt they're gonna give you your ratings back because you reach some arbitrary number of negative ratings. That's like when Chris was asked to hump his PS3 to get some account back. They want you to keep sperging and getting negative ratings because it entertains. You'll probably get your ratings back if you calm down, chill out for a while and message them politely about it in a week or two. This is getting retardo and harder to feel bad when you keep making poor choices.

The chat isn't indicative of what kind of posting behaviour is wished from users on the Lolcow boards. I get what you mean, but things like chat, Off-Topic threads and Inner Circle are all for venting so people don't spill their personal issues on the lolcow topics. While this may not be the case for Cucky, sperg in the chat =/= sperg on the forums proper.
