I think this might be, objectively speaking, the most incompetent thing he's ever filed. And I know nothing of law except what people in this thread have been kind enough to explain -- just from the formatting, I can tell it's no good. This might even beat the 6's. Not only has he failed to correct any of the fucked up grammar, spelling, random font changes, improper tone, closing brackets, etc., but the exhibits are a nightmare.

It's the second new filing to this court this week alone, and yes it's complete garbage. The Judge will not read past "request for permission to amend complaint" before rubber stamping it "No the Matter is already closed". This filing is not normal. Neither of these filings are. well the earlier one is a last gasp hail mary that is pretty much never granted, but it's not costing him anything. This one however is gonna end up costing him a few thousand I am thinking. It might actually be dumber than Melinda's filing from today. And I honestly cannot believe I am writing that. The fact that he is cutting and pasting garbage from earlier cases and filings. Earlier cases and filings that I believe Skordas was involved in and has all the paperwork from, is not going to play well. While Lawyers cut and paste shit all the time, they know when and how to do it. At this stage it just kind of stinks of bad faith throwing shit like an incontinent chimpanzee.

I think Russ may have decided that if Null has to pay his lawyer per motion and was hesitant to pay to try and go after Russ for costs\etc he might as well keep generating more paperwork. After all, it costs him nothing as of now.

He sure as shit did a masterful of job of not simply insuring that Null will go after him for Costs, but that Null will in all likelihood get them. Because filing pro se complete bullshit after the case has been adjudicated is a pretty good example of Bad Faith. Attacking the Defendants Lawyer directly in the way that Russ did is Bad Faith and Sanctionable.
