Same with "denying trans people access to healthcare!" as if they're being denied surgery for appendicitis or antibiotics for an ear infection. It's a misleading play on words because "denying trans people access to boob jobs and penis-inverting surgery" does not get them sympathy.

I think the two sounds get merged in the heads of most English speakers because they're written the same, but in most accents they're quite different. "Th" as in "three" is formed by putting the tongue between the upper and lower teeth and gently biting on it, and "th" as in "that" is formed by putting the tongue either on the palate right above the upper teeth, or the back of the upper teeth.

I think in some British (and also some African?) accents the two sounds become "F" and "D" respectively which makes the differentiation more obvious. You might hear "I fink dat" but you'd never hear "I dink fat".

Edit: I remembered wrong about African versions of English, I think the Nigerian accent at least uses a completely different pattern; I think they use 't' for "th" as in three, which is also found a bit in AAVE ("wit you" not "with you") but I am going to stop going down this autistic wormhole now

Excuse me, but how the fuck does anyone expect that to work. Apparently, a uterus is a 'gender organ,' since saying "uterus" is gendered. Sex characteristics are objective reality. Do they really expect doctors to put on a blindfold to the entire reproductive system, as if the male and female systems require the same exact care and treatment?

Take note that the example this lunatic uses as "gendered language" is uterus and ovaries, not penis and testicles.

Reproductive organ cancer. Reproductive organ cysts. Reproductive organ torsion. Reproductive organ prolapse. Reproductive organ fistula. Yea, that'll work perfectly.

I suspect that deep down none of the clout-farming speds on Twitter actually believe the shit they write, and they're all just making the dumbest takes imaginable to get noticed. It's the same thing that websites like Kotaku and PCGamer do to get clicks.

They'd still be seething even if they somehow had a functional vagina grafted in. They still wouldn't have (to name a few): boobs that don't point in two different directions, sexual attraction from straight men or lesbians, the ability to create life, acceptance in women's spaces, periods, a female bone structure, acceptance from other women as an actual female...
