Optimistic of you to assume many of them would make it past 50. Injecting testosterone isnt exactly clean living, most of them are on so much prescribed and non prescribed medication, complications from unnecessary surgeries and anesthesia, and of course many will have offed themselves by then.

Those who against all odds will make it, they were probably already balding from the T for a while, and a clear mind was probably never their thing or else they would not have trooned out to that extent.

Those who awake from the delusion will have long detransitioned by then, and lived their lives as women with lots of body hair and regrets.

German tranny whines about his experiences at a clinic. He would need an accessible bathroom due to the nature of his knee surgery, but those are only available as double beds. They wanted to put him up in a single, but that‘s not possible. They informed him they would have to ask the woman sharing the room with him, bc he is marked as male on his insurance ID.

He is outraged, why would he need to be outed in front of the woman sharing his room?! He gets asked on his surgical status (if he has dick), mimimi, transphobia.

He gets misgendered constantly and called Mister and Miss interchangeably by different staff members and pretends to be concerned for himself about getting caught up in confusion and misunderstandings (dude, just stop LARPing, problem solved). He resigns himself to binary female pronouns (guess that means he wanted she/they/neo-bullshit).

In the end gets put into the single, bc they did not know which woman could be made to endure his presence. Tranny collapses on his way to the toilet and vomits, loses consciousness. Worst part: when he wakes up he gets misgendered. Archive in German

Idk but MtF troons look like half-melted clown demons after the age of 30 or so, if they didn't already. FtM standards of appearance are more forgiving, but I dunno if these sad sacks are gonna be lucky enough to look like their Dads, a lifetime of artificial hormones is hell on a person's body.
