It's a dumb take for several reasons, mainly because with modern medecine a lot of those don't actually have to remove themselves from of the gene pool, even if they go for the bigs surgeries early. If they have family money they can just get their eggs or sperm harvested and frozen in a bank somewhere, and then find an actual female to carry the child later on. A lot of troon find themselves an actual female to impregnate, and a lot countries allow surrogacy.

Also as other have pointed on, it's not strictly genetic. Think about the transwoman in OITNB, who had an identical twin. It's a lot more complicated.
