Troonery isn't about thinking, it's about feeling. If you feel like X, or you don't feel like Y, then you are X or you are not Y, respectively. Feel like a women? Then you're a woman. Feel like someone is hurting you because you're trans? Then they are a transphobic bigot. Troon feelings are sacrosanct.

The feely bullshit makes even less sense when you consider that you can't feel like something that lies firmly outside the boundaries of your physical existence.
Lilith the software engineer cannot know how it actually feels like to be a woman, because he has never been one. He just interprets his broken concept of self-identity (read: mental illness) that way, based solely on what he believes it could/should/would feel like.

Deep down I actually feel like an 80 year old chinese man tending to his opium den in the midst of the 1840's Opium War.

Here's how you know it's made up:
  1. The straight woman didn't see a single warning sign when tranop asked her pronouns.
  2. The straight woman didn't suspect tranop of being a man at all.
  3. The straight woman didn't suspect anything wrong with tranop not wanting to show their cock.
  4. The straight woman didn't suspect anything weird about transop giving her a FUCKING IPHONE (also I'm pretty sure imessage doesn't work like that, it's actually a common trope in ya fiction these days because it can explain away how the narrator knows something they'd normally have no right to know, also it's the perfect GOTCHA)
Everything else after that is just hammering home the wanky little fake story, like how tranop told on her boss etc.
