Post in thread '💪 Tough Guys - Dalton Levi Eatherly / Chud the Builder / ChudTheBuilder'
Author's note: Because this is a rapidly-evolving situation, I will be updating this OP with new information as it comes out. I expect lots of developments in the next few days.
Do you ever have an overwhelming urge to say the N word with the hard R? IRL streamer Chud the Builder, real name Dalton Eatherly, has made a streaming career from doing so, approaching random blacks in Clarksville, Tennessee and asking them if he should be allowed to say the N word. When they act uncomfortable or get angry, he tells them not to "chimp out." While this low-brow IRL trolling content has always been big on Kick, Chud's actions proved to be a bridge too far even for them, and he was recently booted from the platform. And that was even before he shot someone!
Here's a clip from a stream where he flings around the N word until he gets the desired reaction, then pepper-sprays the guy:

In this clip, Dalton yells at a man in his car, who then threatens to shoot him:

How did we get here? What in Dalton's life turned him from a lover of black women into the Chud we know today?
Origins & Legal History
Dalton doesn't appear to have learned much from his younger years, when he frequently got in trouble with the law. His criminal exploits have ranged from harassment to drug possession, and as of the publication of this thread, he might be getting some serious time for shooting a guy. Let's go through his criminal cases in chronological order:
His first arrest was on December 11, 2015, for simple possession or casual exchange of drugs. He racked up a probation violation on this offense on July 5, 2016 and had this mugshot taken when he was booked on the violation the following month. (s/a)
Four days after his first arrest, he was arrested again for failing to show his driver's license and not wearing a seatbelt. (s/a)
In January 2016, Dalton earned himself more traffic infractions, this time for speeding and following too closely. (s/a)
In March 2017, Dalton was caught speeding again. (s/a)
In 2019, he was alleged to be in violation of financial responsibility law, but the case was eventually dismissed. (s/a)
In 2025, he was charged with harassment, then earned himself a charge of contempt of court while in court. (s/a)(s/a)
Dalton has at least two orders of protection taken out against him, one by Heather Marie Whitbeck (2022) and the other by Yashmine Shauntea West (2025).
Dalton used to be fat, and this image has made the rounds, allegedly of him before he adopted the Chud persona. Dalton says it isn't him.
How did Dalton become Chud? He got into a road rage confrontation with two black women (read: he chimped out at them). During this incident, he called them the N word and they started throwing stuff at his vehicle. They photographed him while stopped at a street light and shared the photo and story on social media, which led to Dalton getting fired. He tried starting his own company, but similar online cancel mobs prevented him from getting much work. The online backlash was so severe a local church even canceled a baptism he had scheduled. This video covers the origins of Chud and showcases some of his better-known clips:

Streaming Beginnings
0:49
Dalton began streaming on Kick as Chud the Builder in 2025, quickly garnering a following because people still enjoy shock content. His antics drew the ire of black Twitter, local commentators, and even local political candidates, with a state House candidate helping circulate this change.org petition (a) calling for action to be taken against Dalton. As his popularity grew, so did his aspirations, leading to him launching a GiveSendGo (a) asking for $100,000 to... continue being racist, I guess. He's also got a crypto token, $CHUD, which he routinely promotes on Pump.fun, where he now streams.
Is this all a grift? Quite possibly. He loves to try to paint himself as the victim in every situation when he's the one who agitates in the name of content creation. He claims his goal is to promote freedom of speech, but asking people if they want merch, shilling his memecoin, and setting up a GiveSendGo make me suspect his ultimate motivation may be monetary. After the success of the Shiloh Hendrix crowdfunding campaign (a), it wouldn't surprise me to see more people try their hand at this racism-for-profit grift.

Dalton has tried cozying up to Nick Fuentes, claiming he wants to "ascend the ranks" of the Groyper sphere and cites him as "a great inspiration."
On April 28, 2026, Dalton was permanently banned from Kick. He was originally given a 3-day ban for harassing people in public, but Kick decided to escalate the ban to an indefinite one. He now streams exclusively on Pump.fun.
Lili Venus
While streaming, Dalton ran into a black woman from his past with whom he was acquainted. Her real name is Lana, but she goes by Lili Venus online and claims to have a big dick (it's a strap-on.) She's quite a character herself, and has talked about Freemasonry and having an FTM personality.

Dalton claimed he didn't really remember her, but she certainly remembered him - namely, allegedly shoving objects up his rectum.

After their initial conversation, Lili dropped more info about her and Dalton's friendship, which continued through at least 2022.
2:39
She then says Dalton's rise to social media prominence is a psyop being used by the UN and Freemasons to start a race war to enact Agenda 2030. Sorry Dalton, looks like she's got you beat in the based department.
2:22
However, in Lili's video showcasing their Instagram message history, it seems as though their conversations began in 2021, not 2015, like she said, thereby putting any sexual history between the two into question. Plus, Dalton would have been 17 in 2015. Not a good look for Lili.
Dalton has denied ever having had a sexual relationship with Lili.
On May 9, 2026, the day before Mother's Day, Dalton went to dinner at Bob's Steakhouse on Broadway in Nashville. After racking up a bill of $371.55, the restaurant began getting calls about his livestreaming on the premises and asked him to stop. He then tried to appropriate black culture and leave without paying for his food. He had some choice words for the restaurant's Indian staff member.
9:05
Shortly after being booted from the restaurant, Dalton was arrested.
Dalton claimed the feds took his electronic devices and locked him out of his accounts, which is highly suspect unless they had a prior warrant which he failed to mention.
After this arrest, Dalton alleged someone had killed his dog in retaliation for his streaming and said his baby mama wanted to change their son's last name due to potential backlash from being related to him:

The Shooting, 5/13/2026
It's a Wednesday afternoon in Clarksville and Dalton is prowling the streets, looking for blacks to shout the N word at. He finds one, and does his usual routine, asking the man if he's going to chimp out. The man steps away, then returns, swinging on Dalton multiple times. Dalton draws his gun and shoots the man. Why there are no clips of the shooting itself remains to be seen; this is a developing story. However, I do have audio of Dalton discussing the incident with the police as well as him being loaded onto a stretcher. Dalton managed to graze himself in the arm with a bullet during the shooting.
The victim was taken to a hospital and is reportedly in stable condition. Here is a clip of Dalton describing what happened:

Thanks to user @CatboyCumDump who sent me this full audio of Chud talking to the cops.

This Discord message is from someone who was watching the stream and saw it happen live:
This video was filmed by a bystander right after the shots rang out:

He was arrested and charged with attempted murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
On May 15, Dalton appeared in court. His bond was set at $1.25 million. (s/a)
Dalton has referenced shooting black people before, claiming it would be the "series finale" of his streaming career. This tweet has been flagged and hidden from view, but lolcow Tariq Nasheed uploaded a screenshot.
With so much drama surrounding Dalton over the past few weeks, larger content creators across social media began to come for him. Here, streamer DJ Akademiks with guest Sneako says someone needs to kill Dalton:

Black streamers have been commenting on Dalton for a while, but after the latest developments, I expect other personalities will start chiming in.
