Worse, this is long after his reputation went into the negatives, so this is committing reputation suicide for a beyond pointless reason.

Well that’s new, instead of *listen and believe* it’s accuse the victims of being rapists. There’s nothing redeeming about laurelai, he offers nothing to any of these people. So why die on this hill? It’s clear there are retecuseions to doing so because the number of people who believe laurelai is a rapist snitch outnumbers those who don’t.

author says bailey was very cooperative in offering details about why he decided to bust lulzsec. he was very open about everything. the fact he has started to blame hapless Sabu is typical blame-the-victim bs.

To be fair, it's not new. From the moment the accusations against Laurelai first surfaced there have been counter-accusations that those accusing her were liars at best and rapists themselves at worst.

I don't think anyone is adopting their positions on the basis of any kind of evidence. It's all about who they like and dislike, with the vast majority staying well away from the issue because they think everyone involved is toxic.

They may be rapists themselves, but Wesley is still a rapist. Maybe even a super-rapist, or a super-duper-super-rapist.

I agree, although I have seen some of laurelai’s defenders change sides once more people came forward and talked about being raped by laurelai.

It definitely does come down to who they like/dislike and if someone close to them gets harassed or raped by laurelai only then will they change their tune and apologize.
 
What's this bit about Laurelai and Louise Mensch scamming people by lying about how bitcoin worked? I haven't heard that.

Wes was a facebook contact for seven or eight years before one day messaging me and saying "hey I live in your town now do you want to hang out" basically. I knew there were rumors about him but I'd never bothered to look into it until then, and I that's how I originally found KF. I cut him off and he went very Buffalo Bill for a while.


I ignored most of the dumb tweets and told people to stop telling me what he was saying about me but that wasn't really effective at deterring him. I have zero proof of this, but he's had someone drive him down the street I live on numerous times, the two times I've been outside when he rode by he shouted "FASCIST!!!" and then they sped off as though they'd just done something scandalous and needed to flee the scene post haste. I stopped worrying after that because if the little guy was scared to get out of the car I doubt he's going to do anything.

His Twitter account https://twitter.com/laurelaiissexy was suspended but he returned under a new alias, https://twitter.com/LaurelaiBailey1 How is he able to violate his permanent suspension? Do trannies get a special free pass to violate their suspensions on Twitter? Rabid trans activist "CursedE" was also suspended for what the person who reported him claimed was him grooming a 14 year old transkid (which he later insisted was just a joke), but he violated his suspension by logging in as "BlessedF" and later reverting to his original alias. Does Twitter turn a blind eye to this while they go around deleting people for misgendering and deadnaming?

You can make as many accounts as you want. The only way to get suspended is get reported enough.

Twitter isn't actively investigating every account that pops up. Laurelai had her first account banned and came back and was banned again for ban-evading and she just keeps coming back with a new account every time. Twitter isn't at fault here, Laurelai is just more persistent. Her current account will be banned eventually and she'll be on LaurelaiBailey2, and then LaurelaiBailey3 so on
 
She's referring to the event last year where she wouldn't stop tweeting about her partner's kids possibly being taken away because the partner's ex didn't like the idea of Laurelai being around his kids. She begged for money and then stopped tweeting about it as soon as she got paid. There's been no actual evidence of this shit happening, and she only brings it up again now as a way to say "see? even the transphobic gubberment doesn't believe the gossip online!"

Let's analyze this situation, if it actually happened that is. CPS visits Laurelai and Co., determines that there's no immediate danger (honestly I wouldn't expect Laurelai to be an immediate threat to anyone, more of an overtime threat), sees the house is clean enough and the kids are doing okay, decides its not worth their time to investigate further. CPS is notorious for only giving a shit if the danger is immediate i.e. they show up and Deadbeat Dad is drunk as a skunk in his underwear screaming at a gaggle of dirty children. CPS isn't going to give a shit if they show up and see nothing wrong, they're going to write it off as domestic nonsense where the absent party is trying to gain custody of the kids by throwing the other party under the bus.

So lets say they see a judge to determine whether or not the ex gets his kids back based entirely on the fact that he doesn't like Laurelai. CPS tells the judge that they scoped out the house, everything was in order, now all the ex has is online gossip. The judge is going to look at said online gossip and shake his fucking head. It doesn't matter if Laurelai is 100% guilty of what the gossip says, rumors and hearsay don't count as evidence. Any of Laurelai's victims would have to testify in person or give a sworn statement, a pastebin link aint gonna cut it.

The judge let's Laurelai's partner keep the kids based on the fact that there's really no reason not to. The ex didn't have enough to claim that the kids were in immediate danger, and pretty much his entire case is "i just don't like this new person my ex is seeing."

Therefore we can conclude that the ex had no case, and NOT that Laurelai is innocent of what the online gossip trolls have been accusing her of. The judge wasn't summoned to determine the legitimacy of the rumors, the judge was summoned to handle a domestic situation and determined the rumors couldn't count as evidence. Laurelai's trying to spin it as "the judge says its bullshit so I'm absolved of all sins", when that's not what happened at all.
