This is some real chutzpah right here. He honestly somehow thinks this posturing "scares" Vic or his attorney. He imagines his foes trembling at the threat of "it's coming!" despite the fact that his opponents have already said "it's here, shitbag, now answer for it."
He's bluffing, of course. He has nothing, or it would have already been presented in the response filing. The time to present exonerating evidence is now, not later during discovery. You don't wait (and hope) for your opponent to "discover" evidence that ruins their case. You present it at the start to save everyone time and put an end to it.
The trouble with bluffing when you have a lousy hand is sometimes your opponent has a much stronger hand and calls your bluff. Nick's really getting under Ron's skin with this.

"Putting info on twitter will not stop the lawsuit." I mean, not anymore. Had you provided the proof when people first started asking for it instead of blocking and mocking people then there wouldn't have even been a lawsuit. It'd have been dead on arrival, done. There'd be no lawsuit or any lawsuit that started could get hit with a TCPA with good chances of winning since they could have just said "Look, we got this evidence that we posted to the public and Vic lost his jobs as a result of that."
Instead what they're pulling is claiming they have a girlfriend who's a model in Canada and she's totally real you guys but you just won't ever meet her because reasons.
