I think advertisers are just a smokescreen for "private" surveillance. There's so much advertising noise for the general population that I think most people either subconsciously tune it out or get outright angry at it to the point they will actively refuse to buy a product advertised in a certain way. The only method of advertising that probably works at this point is personal referrals, which means the best bang-for-your-buck is paying large "content creators" to shill your product as if they use it all the time and love it without it sounding like them reading a paid-for ad.

Most of the marketing spam is just noise to obfuscate and legitimize the surveillance apparatus being created, perpetuated by clueless "marketing experts" who are emboldened by decade-old, provably false studies done by Indians who literally just made shit up.

Ad spam is, unfortunately, the only way a lot of small websites can still get revenue without direct appeals to its userbase. (Unless you're Null and black balled from all payment processors) Until that need goes away, the online engines of pop ups, windows and inserts will just continue to proliferate.

Using those tools to create data gathering and surveillance capabilities makes the most sense.

Not just DEI officers, but nearly all of the Fortune 500 DEI goals were satisfied by hiring H-1Bs, not black and Hispanic Americans. Indians are "brown", after all. Black Nationalists and La Raza types are pissed about Indians stealing "their" jobs.

Take a look at Google or Microsoft or any other large company's diversity report and you'll see a small increase in the number of black/Hispanic hires and a 30+ percentage point increase in the number of "Asian" hires with a corresponding decrease of White hires.

Null already explained why this happens: Indians only hire each other. If you look at any American lab with an Indian as the PI, all of his or her staff, alum, and students will be Indians. This is regardless of whether it's a private, government, or academic lab.

Yep, but the execs didn't see anything wrong with their nepotism because their reports showed that their company was getting more "diverse" (i.e. non-White as they were all getting less diverse as non-Indian employees were replaced with Indians).

This is the problem with dysgenic losers, sure its easy to rile them up and get them to be violent but the results are extremely variable. The Kirk shooter managed to hit his target and mostly succeed at ex-fil, but his overall OPSEC was a clusterfuck because he was a fundamentally broken person looking for validation and good boy ass-pats from his tranny friends. This dipshit did all this research, but he couldn't be bothered to verify his targets and accomplished absolutely nothing. Typing this now, I realize that a lot of this is some cargo cult style prep work, where these guys are so immersed in the fictional narrative of their own sophistry (ICE=NAZI and all that) as well as the fictional narratives of pop culture. These see guys in movies look at maps and 'plan', so they go through the motions of preparing like a movie montage, expecting reality to conform to their fictional aspirations. Then when it doesn't go the way of the movies, and the cold dose of reality hits, they completely break down. You can see it in the Kirk shooter's post arrest photos, and this latest shooter's immediate suicide. (He didn't even try to make a last stand and go out shooting cops, total collapse of morale.)

In short, the Left, and particularly the rabidly political kinds, live in a completely delusional realm of highly charged megalomaniac fantasy in which their messianic goals only interfere with their ability to actually function in meaningful or productive ways. When confronted with irrefutable evidence of their fantasy, they suffer total mental collapse and ego death, which typically precedes self inflicted physical death. The real tragedy is that they are taking innocent lives along the way.
