I get it on a basic level -- they're deliberately provoking their enemy into "making a mistake" (I guess?) -- but responding to flagrant violation of law isn't a "mistake" and you don't "win" against your "fascist" enemies by literally doing unlawful things that legally empower (to everyone's agreement) your "fascist" enemies to legally punish you.

The New Jersey judge isn't directly under the Fifth Circuit. It's in the Third Circuit. So it's not authoritative what the Fifth Circuit says, though good judges are normally respectful of judges in other circuits (but not deferential, usually). They can say that it doesn't matter what the IJ does because there's still this constitutional case being litigated in New Jersey. But it's actually a legitimate issue and I don't know if it's ever been directly addressed by a court before. It could theoretically go up to the Supreme Court in order to provide direction on how to deal with this strategy by pro-rapefugee legal associations.
Now that you mention it, I don't recall ever seeing jeets in Utah (my ex was an avid skier/I used to frequently visit Park City & Deer Valley). There was lots of Koreans & Chinese, though (although I imagine they're just tourists visiting over from California).

Oh the yellows are here for a different reason. We had an internment camp during WW2. A lot couldn't return to thier home states, their shit got looted, and they were broke, so they stayed here. Utah actually has a significant Asian minority population.
