I imagine that someone working illegally wouldn't keep from exceeding the allowable road time as well. As far as I remember, truckers aren't allowed to drive more than a certain number of hours per day, so they aren't tempted to to drive to the point of exhaustion.
Probably not, but I think it's more common for two of them to share the cab/drive in shifts. That way they can keep the truck rolling 24/7, which is much more profitable to ownership (oftentimes jeet ownership). The illegals make very little (especially after paying their debt back to ownership for getting them into the country, getting them a CDL, giving them a job, etc.), so overhead is low and maximizing the value of the trucks is high, so ownership (doubtlessly also taking advantage of SBA minority loans and other government perks) is able to undercut any competitor looking to do things aboveboard. It's quite the scam.
I don't know what you guys are talking about. The Democrats totally aren't a bunch of out of touch old wind bags and they certainly would know how to appeal to young people if the answer was right infront of their decrepit faces.
