I highly recommend giving that thread a full perusal, there are many tasty morsels to be found within.

Okay, I'll have to admit, after bearing witness to the horrid, miserable shit on this thread, somehow his fixation on the word "monster" and the general weird shit on that 4chan archive was what got me.
 
The registration is open but I think it's too late to keep hopes of him coming. Unless his ego finally catches up to him and takes the bait one last time.

Give it time. A little man that ego trips this hard is prone to sudden, rash behavior. It's just a matter of when. He doesn't strike me as the type to mark on the calendar when registration would be re-opened, more like the type who goes ballistic on internet rando's after a bad day.

I'm just saying he NUKED EVERYTHING and if we really wanted him to shit up the thread Null should of opened registration during Peak controversy. Though then again he is a paronoid prick so maybe there's a slight chance.

Instead of bumping this thread with speculation on whether or not Toro will post in it maybe have some patience. This guy seems to hold grudges for years. Yall are weird.
 
Skimming through the /ic/ thread, I found this screenshot of an “other places you can find me” page from Toro’s Tumblr. There’s a link to a Facebook page (which has been deleted, unfortunately). His real name is Enrique Toro.
