The way to survive in prison is to find the biggest, baddest motherfucker in genpop and suck his dick. Badly.
Use teeth unnecessarily and lick him too long. After that, the rumor mill will spread that you don’t know how to give good head and they’ll leave you alone.
 
Considering this is Terry, he'll probably find the biggest, baddest motherfucker and say "Hey nigger" to him.

He will then either get his ass kicked, fucked, or both, or everyone will realize he is completely fucking insane and leave him alone.

That's optimistic I fear. He needs help and some time in a pysch hospital but what will probably happen is he gets some medial attention, does his time, then is pushed right back out on the streets. The system doesn't have time or resources for terry.

Also county jails don't have the best resources. It's for people who can't post bail or have short (ish) sentences.
 
More than anything else, I hope he gets the rehabilitation he needs to function in society. The prophesy depends on it.

This woman is definitely at least a bit exceptional, probably crazier than Terry, and I'm not sure if he's still a virgin.

Update 2:
I think Terry wishes he was back in jail; says it wasn't that bad, thinks he was there for 2-3 days, agrees that he prefers freedom when prompted by the speech-impediment-addled troll in his van. The jail in Vegas was apparently filled with niggers and not nearly as agreeable. Margie is used to Samoan boyfriends. Margie is fishing for meth and has trouble with listening comprehension.
