Smoke decided to go outside because he saw Kitty Food Mountain and when the Gunted Ambien Zombie left the door open because he was sleepwalking, knew he'd be better off with the feral dogs.
 
So let me guess he got outside because Ralph took so many pills he left the door open when he went out to smoke

Ralph's seriously gonna blame Smoke/Cleo for why he has little cuts and bruises and not the face plant he did on stream. His brain is fried if he thinks that bold of a lie will pass as an excuse when there is literal 'pictorial ebidance.'
