It means that if Elon chooses to continue doing business with the DoD (which he will, they paid good money for that whole X project to keep mutts from migrating to TikTok and other Chinese-controlled social media), his Shanghai factory will end up nationalized by the CCP.

Try rubbing your remaining two IQ points together and thinking a couple of steps ahead. This isn't some made-up nonsense debt like the antique Taiwanese debt that has no legal standing, China can very easily nationalize his factory and he won't be able to do anything about it.

So what do you think will happen to his debt to China?
