Honestly given he's a selfish and delusional shithead I just auto assum he cheats on Tammy with whatever person he brings onto his documentation on his upcoming death via stroke, be it man, woman, child, or dog.

And that was not a look of revelation in that photo where she's talking and he's listening; he didn't realize his life was killing him. That's plain internal childish whining that he can't just eat over a pound of fat, raw meat, and cheese and call it 'keto'. He's very clearly upset he can't just hork down a whole ham shank covered in blood and pretend he's dieting.

What shitty diet? He's doing Keto! That's like the healthiest diet you can have! Fuck high blood pressure or eating a diet insanely high in sodium, you can just take blood pressure medicine and continue your shit diet. Have a second stroke? Fuck that just use the other arm.
