Remember this pathetic video? Piggertits claimed that it was all kayfabe after Dick didn't chose him as co-host. I'm pretty sure it wasn't and that it added to the resentment building up under his grizzled flesh.
He also accused him of just phoning it in on his last appearances on the Killstream, and we know that this is the kind of behavior that really pisses him of and gets added to his book of grudges.
I think that he's really angry at Dick right now, him sabotaging his epic showdown with Milo and not even meeting him let alone let him into his mansion. That doesn't mean that he'll not crawl back like the spineless, sniveling worm he's proven to be time after time as soon as Dick makes a half-hearted apology.
