i think it's because he knows dick is LITERALLY the last one with any sort of influence/audience that ralph has left. the man is truly all alone, stuck in a ralpha-cycle of 5 or 6 set events that all unfold in the same manner every single cycle. it's truly sad. pathetic.

IIRC the only way he has to talk to Faith directly is a court ordered and the way the court keeps tabs on what he says that he abused the use of for so long that was supposed to be for them to discuss the welfare and visitation with Xander only and I’m not sure that he still has access to it.

A groomer is an older man who takes advantage of a naive, much younger woman. Gunt was 35, Faith was a teenager, that’s grooming. Gunt wants to pretend the definition of CSA and grooming are the same, but they aren’t. Some grooming is perfectly legal but it’s still amoral and gross af.
Ralph was a gross, creepy, middle aged man who got a teenager to run away from home, come to his mom’s shack, got her pregnant, abused her, posted revenge porn of her and then dumped her for another dumb woman (but at least one who wasn’t a teenager).
Ralph is just a disgusting, amoral, vice riddled creep and his current life is a testament to that.

You being 30+ at the time of Faith being 18 in highschool doesn't really matter much in the grand scheme of things, piggy. Just because she was 18 means you can't throw out the facts of:
- She was barely out of highschool when you decided to manipulate her into getting pregnant.
- You cheated on her relentlessly, and you're an accessory to adultery as well because you fucked Meigh while she was still with Digibro.
- You gave her alcohol when the legal drinking age is 21.
- You took her from California to Virginia when she was still in highschool, or when it was beginning to wrap up.
- You took advantage of her self-esteem issues by flashing her everywhere because you wanted to flex that you have someone barely legal fucking you while you're a gross 30+ alcoholic that happened to run a successful show for a time.

Creeps like Ralph only care about the legal line, ignoring there is no mental difference between a 17 and 10 months and an 18 year old. The legal line had to be drawn somewhere, so it was 18. If I recall Faith was 17 and 13 months old when she met Ralph.
A 20 year old guy dating an 18 year old is fine, a 35 year old dating an 18 year old is just creepy and predatory. Ralph was a 100% a creepy predator taking advantage of a dumb, unstable teenage girl who was mad at her parents.
No surprise a guy like Gunt ends up dunking and drugging himself to death alone in a Mexican shanty.

Ade has corroborated this as well. I don't know if it was in the Harvest stream or if it was one of the streams she did with her fat Mexican friend, but I distinctly recall her saying that before they dated, Ralph bragged to her about grooming/chatting up Faith. Ade said they laughed about it, because she too was chatting up somebody very young at the time. I assume it was Assnapkins, but knowing her proclivities it could have been any random teenage boy.

This new "self-aware" and self-deprecating Ralph is certainly something to see. My instinct is that Milo struck exactly at the right time when he came out of his massive bender when he was at his lowest and most ashamed. He likely offered a path back to glory beyond just the podcast and has Ralph now on a nice string. Almost certainly Milo has told him he needs to start fixing his image and make amends with enough parties for the internet to believe he deserves the smallest crumb of attention again.
Ralph will likely start off well and spend a few months on this little PR campaign in a positive direction. Eventually, because he is Ralph, not even the hand of God could prevent him from crashing out. The floor always hits harder the farther you fall and this will be the moment even he decides there's no way back. At that point its blaze of glory time.
