Those are probably from falling on his fucking face blacked out as those don't line up with fight injuries. A whore house bouncer would have fucked him up worse.
 
He complained that Smoke clawed him before his trip. This doesn't explain why dry blood is hanging from his nose 3 days later tho.

Getting up "super early" and getting the "wrong time lol" would only result in Ralph missing his son if he was late. Otherwise, you could just wait.

Then he seems to blame the crossing into San Diego.

He can't catch a break, perhaps his luck would of been better if he was sober and decided to stay the night in the same country as the child he is visiting.

Not that it matters, no way this drunk and high mess would get access to his child. Ralph has somehow managed to be sober enough at his previous visits, he's seriously relapsed and must just be wandering the streets. What the fuck.

Ralph is pretending that Dax thinks something that nobody thinks. Very convenient and creative twist. Dax heart was in the right place, little misguided because Ralph wouldn't die from Milo - that's just silly but he denied Ralph out of best intentions believing that by doing that he is preventing his untimely death.

Assuming this is real and he isn't just playing hard for Twitter after taking a drunken stumble into the pavement then he really is asking to get shot at best or carved up on a gore site at worst. The last time he had a serious confrontation in Portugal (the gay slap about with Cog doesn't count) he was very nearly beaten to death, and I'd take my chances with drunk Brits in Lisbon over even the tamest people you'd bump into in Tijuana at night, any day of the week.
