Court monitored visitation facility isn’t open on Xmas anyway. He doesn’t even bother to visit Xander on his birthday, but maybe swings by a month later or so.

Ralph is already upset thinking about spending his second Christmas all alone in his dirty third world tin shack.

Ralph is the "school bully" who gets smacked around by his drunk dad, screamed at by his mom, molested by his uncle, beat up by his older brothers, and made fun of by the popular kids in his grade, so he goes and picks on some kid 5 years younger than him.
