I went looking on the news sites and X for talk of a big multi-day power outage in Merida and couldn't find anything. There was talk of other outages in the past so I think if it was happening again there would be chatter.

My guess is Ralph just didn't pay the light bill or his ISP bill. He has had the power shut off before and it took them a few days to get it back on after payment. Last time it happened he blamed Meigh. Now it's just him there.
