He couldn't. Mexico is quite specific about how a traditional rental agreement with a foreigner works, and they couldn't meet the requirements. For the straights, that's a red flag on the whole play. Damn Ralph has the worst luck with those debit cards. He told Faith that the atm ate his card and that’s why he couldn’t send her money, but he has the funds of course haha!
