Idk, he seemed pretty serious, but yea maybe it was lol.

Should be in jail by May. Depends, court dates etc. Entering plea on March 10th. Sentencing date will be scheduled after.

There is no way a software company would hire him. He's going to end up at some shit local magazine, whatever the equivalent of a penny saver is where he's at. I think he'll be chasing Gamergate click cents forever.

It's not prison, it would be jail.

Looks like the actual sentencing is 6/26/2017. Since the serious charges weren't exactly dropped but instead nolle prossed (a choice of the prosecutor not to go forward) and it's the subject of a plea and not finalized, it is obviously very sensible of the defendant not to talk about it publicly.
