Oh, I don't really contribute to this thread, I kinda just check out the posts when they show up on the front page. I am based in Europe so we don't really have fox news here and all of the European channels are pretty anti Trump if they report him at all. Sorry I got your knickers in a twist queen, just making a comment babe, I thought that's what forums are for. Maybe you should check out that wikipedia article yourself, great stuff on wikipedia, it's a really solid resource.

They’re so proud of themselves for recognizing media bias, then they literally just latch onto the first thing that appears on page 1 of a Google search that already agrees with their suppositions.

Exactly! I keep trying to explain this to people but they don't want to hear it. Whether you love Trump or hate him, this is all a huge win for the people. It means that politicians are now fair game, can and will be held accountable, and no longer enjoy blanket protections for being corrupt, evil bastards. It's taken us a LONG time to get here and it's a good thing. Let's not kick ourselves in the nuts getting upset because Trump was the one to "go first."

True. They will definitely try everything they can but at the end of the day if they did do that it will set a precedent for political opposition once the other side gets in for revenge. Not that i am against more politicians getting what they deserve. They all deserve jail honestly. It would be nice if it happens to more of them but that would be optimistic at best. I still suspect it will be house arrest at worst. Politicians rarely ever get real punishment in the US unfortunately. So I'm not holding my breath because nothing big ever ends up happening with this type of thing. I guess I'm too jaded to get my hopes up anymore. I think if they try and directly take him out it'll probably be a shooter during a rally to push anti gun laws, 2 birds one stone.
