I'm holding off on hastily editing the OP right now because things are still developing rapidly and I want to give it all some more time to see where it goes & just how much more information is uncovered.
 
Well well well if this isn't an ever evolving shit show looks like it's heating up too, I did notice a few tweets in his media tab and had jester screencaps, he was the dude baiting lulsec back in the day and claims to DoS attack (not Ddos) jihadi and terror cell stuff but I've not followed that stuff in years.
