You'd think that would be advantageous to someone running in MA-8, but who are we to say? None of us have ever run for congress, or been given a quarter mil to start a business and run it into the ground, or take 5 years to develop the lowest selling game on steam ever, or be a certified software engineer journalist mechanic hacker chef.
 
Wu has released the same number of successful games as he has functioning, non-surgical wound vaginas.

Probably not many. Obama and the Clintons hate each other's guts. Among the people Hillary blamed other than herself for her loss was Obama, who did the absolute bare minimum to help her campaign without making it an open snubbing. Obama was the target of Hillary's dirty tricks and smear campaigns, up to and including blatantly playing the race card and accusing him of soggy knees. Not to mention it was Hillary supporters who pulled that birth certificate shit out of a hat.

So I miss the thread for a few days and come back to find out that, for all the talk of townhalls, theaters, etc, Wu's first (and maybe only) campaign event was playing a video game badly on Twitch? Why not one of Wu's many games developed as a software engineer?

That's what came to mind for me as well. Johnson apparently liked to whip it out at the slightest provocation. Maybe Wu could pull the same trick if he still has his in a jar.

I'm not sure about the timeline but IIRC he blew the money in a year, without any real employees and it's not unreasonable to believe that none of the money went into making something of the "studio" or the opportunity.


This is late, but did Brianna do anything during halloween? It can't be his favorite holiday, the veil of politeness falls and confused people assume it's a costume while children shrieks.

This is just too much bullshit.

Let’s have a discussion for a minute. John has promised to work a construction site, hold a town hall, go out and meet voters in MA-8, develop key policies for his campaign, hire black staffers, etc. He’s announced all this on twitter and has not delivered on a single one. Instead John has bragged about wrecking a 13 year old trump supporter in a Star Trek pay to win iOS game, played his switch, and tried to kill Nazis and failed spectacularly. So yeah I’d say there are plenty examples of why people can’t take him seriously (he spelled “video games” wrong btw) and why gamers don’t make good candidates.

I'd say there's a higher likelihood of Obamas appointees being partisan hacks than them sharing personal grudges.

I doubt John will even make his husband go out and gather the sigs he needs to get on the ballot. Have they done any of that? It's not getting any warmer in MA, he's going to have to send Frank out in the snow to gather his signatures.

Despicable scumbag @RepStephenLynch clearly has ZERO knowledge of loot drops in vidya and is instead wasting his time meeting with community members who are also presumably white supremacists and probably practising pedophiles as well.
