Frank's dox-a-palooza continues with a revised July 2018 FEC filing:
http://docquery.fec.gov/pdf/341/201811049133587341/201811049133587341.pdf
There are 15 new names here that Frank neglected to dox at the original time of filing, mostly people who ticked over the $250 total threshold.

Most notable new name is Clarence Otis, a "retired restaurant executive" of Windermere, FL, who donated $1000 all at once. Looks like it's this fellow:

Maybe Bethesda, who have some real super-fans, had prepared when they did their announcement at E3. They announced a new Elder Scrolls... for mobile and it looked neat, but meh, groan, mobile shit. ...then they showed a teaser of the next mainline game reassuring the crazies that they're already working on "the real" game that might come out in 2022. They didn't get any hate as far as I know.

There's a huge difference between Bethesda's presentation and BlizzCon.
First, the year before Bethesda had announced Skyrim HD ports to everything with a CPU; sure it was just a rehash, but it was showing they were still doing things with the IP in a traditional sense. Second (as mentioned), they let fans know that this wasn't some new direction for the franchise they, were going to give you a new nonmobile game too.
Third, it was E3, an industry presentation, not their own dedicated convention for fans and not an event just for fans of a series. You've got a better expectation of them speaking to a wider audience at E3, vs. an Elder Scrolls event at Bethcon. Bethesda also didn't have an issue with a real-money trading store in Elder Scrolls when released, something still remembered by the hardcore fans.

Blizzard did everything wrong they possibly could. Bethesda said "We're trying something new, but don't worry this isn't a change in tack, this is just a new way to play Elder Scrolls, we have a traditional sequel in the pipeline.", blizzard said "Shut the fuck up if its not what you wanted, this is the industry now".

I don't exactly have a horse in the race; I checked out on D3 when I heard "always on connection required", same with SC2. I don't think I've played a Blizzard game since Diablo 2, but give a big :like: to anyone fighting back against being monetized to death.

Clarence seems like a pretty smart guy based on his Wiki article, so what does he possibly see in Wu? Trying to buy indulgences for being a rich 1%er or for some future #MeToo scandal?

Oh yeah, that's something to consider. Crazy hyped up fans paying money for travel, tickets, hotels and they get to see a mobile game and spend 30 minutes in the ballpit(the 2004 release of World of Warcraft).

They also had the audacity to say "lol you guys don't have phones?" as if to rub salt in the wound. Of course Bribri wouldn't care about that because what kind of uncool plebian wouldn't have a phone?

Ah, nothing like the feeling of manufacturing every worthless minutiae of your pathetic life

I did play D3 a bit, but I took a long break, as it became rather repetitive and boring. I'm pretty sure that port to a smartphone is an idiotic decision. The game is ARPG and eternal grind. I think that speed and the possibility to push your class to the limit with specific keys combinations is absolutely essential in this type of game.

I wouldn't expect the Ghoul to understand it, as his idea of fun battle system is typing in the commands on a freaking smartphone keyboard.

This is :late: as it was made during the "Scampain & Fake Speeches to Rooms of bored people", but it provides a nice arch to Wu's parroting.

"As we say in Germany, if there's a Jew and 10 other people talking with him at a table, there are 11 Jews at the table."
"If you aren't fighting the Jews, you are helping the Jews. You are a Jewish collaborator."
Everyone knows Nazis are bad, but these people play so fast and loose with the term that literally everyone who voted Trump is one.

The reason John likes free to play mobile games so much is because if you suck at video games you can use your husband's credit card to win instead.

"The #Frankface #Frankenface makes it all worth it!" - FTFY, John

"Frank, I'm going to take a pic. Quick, do that autistic grimace that you do so well, honey! It's your brand, and as we all know branding is so important. I wouldn't be the fabulous success I am today without branding, although it's absolutely unfair that a woman has to work so much harder at it."

John is just miffed because he's convinced that the best Mexican restaurant around is PotBelly.

It's hilarious to see Wu LARP as an elected official. :)

I am not a programmer, but I've never heard developers speak the way Wu does about their skills.

Does he really have a background in 3D graphics or is Wu just role playing?
