Update - The trespass case was transferred to Charlottesville's court. It turns out he was placed on the Therapeutic Docket.

F.A.Q. :null:

On the mall trespass:

@SpaceQuakes posted a PM of Chris saying he had trespassed at the mall.

Esquirell is the name of the arresting officer. The officer's name is listed because this is a crime, not a civil issue with a citizen complainant. It may be changed later.

Why is he referred to as Christine? Why is his gender listed as female?
Chris's legal name and gender have changed. In the eyes of the Law, his name is Christine Weston Chandler and he is a woman.

Is this Chris's first crime?
No. This is Chris's 7th misdemeanor charges in the last 7 years.

What is the potential penalty?
The criminal charge is "Trespass after Forbidden". Relevant law:
https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title18.2/chapter5/section18.2-119/

This is a class 1 misdemeanor, prescribed the following punishment:
https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title18.2/chapter1/section18.2-11/

The authorized punishments for conviction of a misdemeanor are:

(a) For Class 1 misdemeanors, confinement in jail for not more than twelve months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both.

There's a chance the charges might get reduced like what happened with the macing case.

On the End Games ban:

Chris also managed to get himself banned from The End Games. This was determined while looking for clues to the trespass, posted here and here, and was confirmed by The End Games' Facebook account. Further information is provided here, stating that Chris was banned for arguing with management over a game judge's decision.

He probably went back to a place he was banned from.. The question is: Is that a new place that wasn't known to us? Or one of the classics (GameStop/Target..etc)?

Wait, this is something new? lol if Chris thought having a sweetheart reset all his bans

"No you see, you banned the OLD, girlfriend-free Christine. I am a new Christine after completing my love quest. DON'T CALL ANYBODY!"

Esquirell is listed as the complainant? Not much coming up in Google - perhaps some sort of obscure legal term?

He more than likely, tried to go to GameStop, and somebody there probably recognized him. Though, let's wait and find out for sure, because I'm awfully curious about this myself.

Well, no matter the outcome, we all know Chris will post his side of the story on Facebook, then say he's not at fault here, and that he's the victim.

Esquirell looks like a common enough surname. Why does the full name not get listed in the case details?

Throwing shit against the wall: Maybe Esquire, LLC? Like they ran out of space or misspelled it? LLC would mean someone went through a lawyer to file complaint. It would explain a missing full name, and not having it listed in it's entirety, since it's just a lawfirm. Can a lawyer get registered as the complainant? IDK
