Found it. I forgot his case had been transferred to Charlottesville court (from Albermarle court). Looks like it's been continued on 9/25. @The American Hedgehog

His continuances are getting closer, this usually means they’re done fucking around with your crap and you need to end this because they’re tired of seeing you.

I'd imagine this is just another errand to Chris. You know "buy groceries, go to the bank, attend court for continuance, check the post office.,". I wonder if this even registers as any kind of trouble to him, or just a minor hassle.

Chris knows how to jump through legal hoops. He had help from Bob too. They got his name changed as a kid so a gender change should be the same, right? Chris treated it just like his autism: he made sure he maximized usage of his special status. Chris will grow tired of it and devolve into an agendered belching blob.

I don't even think Chris really cares. In his mind it's just another inconvenience because "the jerkops and court are playing Kick the Autistic and being unfair to him for simply going places he wants to go". He doesn't believe he did anything wrong. In his mind he should be able to go wherever/do whatever he wants, and he's being unfairly picked on. A great example of this is his recent tweets about Nowacking. He clearly states that he believes Snyder tricked him and his mother into returning to the GamePlace just to get him into trouble, and he believes Nowacking is being unfairly cruel to him by having him blocked on Twitter and telling him to leave her alone at the ponyfag convention. So I think in Chris' mind this is just an annoying inconvenience by unfair people who want to cut into his cartoon/vidya/toy/clopping time because he's Autistic and they hate him.

My thoughts exactly. It would make sense that it's taking this long if Chris lived in some huge metropolitan area like New York City or Los Angeles where they're swamped with thousands of new court cases each month. But a tiny little town like Charlottesville? Something this minor should have concluded months ago. Sure would be funny if this is the charge that fucks Chris after he basically got off scot-free for hitting Snyder with his car and macing that Gamestop employee. Makes you wonder what's really going on at these hearings for there to be so many of them. The fact this case was reopened adds to the general oddness too...
