It could be done, or at least done well enough that foreign powers wouldn't be able to sabotage you easily. US has a lot of resources and free idle hands in theory.

It also takes a good 20 to 40 years to do and a lot of central planning. You can't rush it into 4 years and keep empire building.

The thing about Digger is the president in the movie is an actor playing a fictional president who does resemble Trump. But he is a supporting character and not even the main focus (neither the actor or character in universe)

So i had an idea. What if we got all the jews in America, and started making them where these little patches to let everyone else know they're jews. Then eventually when we are done rolling out that, we can start rounding them all up and putting them in camps.

Has Trump considered trying that? I think it would really help the GOP in the upcoming midterms.

People who worship Trump demonstrated characteristics demonstrated by a high Need for Closure. What this entails is they become fixated on a very simple explanation and design, and will become hyperfocused on it as it proves them with a narrative which they need. With the cult of Trump you get a very simple logic that follows:

  1. They are targetting us, and seek to destroy us with the woke left by importing Mexicans, Muslims, and Indians whilst pushing values that are contrary to our own.
  2. Trump came in, trying to fight for us and what it means to be America when we have seen our notion of America destroyed.
  3. Trump was pushed out of his public life, his life destroyed with false accusations when he tried to fight for us. This is proof that they will destroy our lives, and he is on our side.
  4. Trump got into power, but couldn't do a lot because of Rinos and other turncoats.
  5. They would rig elections and do whatever they could to destroy Trump, proof that they want to destroy the Trumpian notion of America. The legal apparatus became used to attempt to put him in prison so he could not run.
What we thus find is that people are self inserting themselves into the narrative and believe they are on the right side, fighting for America, and will use whatever they can find to support such narratives. Say, if a guy with a mushroom dick was trying to go out and get laid, but he starts going on about how feminism is destroying the country he could . Which, the fear of things like . News and social media like to blow things out of proportion, so one example of a false rape accusation, amplified by the news, becomes something that people will use as proof and common phenomena. Things like dating apps amplify this as well where people will see what they want to see. Whereby, on hookup apps like Tinder women will usually go after an idealised sexual image (the physical body is what is seen first) where they look for qualitative that would be indicative of a good evening, such as physical prowess where there is not a search for emotional connectivity as there is not a need for it (there is also a high need for closure overlap in manosphere adjacent communities). It is thus using whatever they can . A drunk joke? Well that becomes proof that someone is a drunken degenerate as they came to the conclusion beforehand and it exists as proof.

And it is in the rejection of such narratives where those with a high need for closure will demonstrated a violent response against those that disagree with them. They want to silence others because in this case they believe it is an attack against Americana, them. They cannot identify the faults in the narratives because they want it to work, they will twist facts in their favour such that everything is full of roses and daffodils.

I love how "own the libs" has gone from transgression against the suffocating political correctness of 2010s-era liberal orthodoxy to plain old scumfuck posturing. These people constantly whined about how inner city blacks would engage in antisocial behavior to get more outrage clicks on social media, only to comprise the other side of that putrid coin a short few years later. The one key difference is that their petty brand of malevolence now occupies the highest office on earth.

I’m not quoting him directly because I’m not actually responding to his post, but Null did say something that I’ve felt about Trumps leadership for a while now, and was a real dread of mine during the Presidential election.

It always shocked me that there was real support for Trumps insane ideas about isolationism and unfortunately we’re going to have to deal with the consequences of simply losing for nothing for another decade at least. I have a bit of hope that maybe the US can get a second chance with the world if we put an actual human being with some level of normal emotions in charge for a while.
