the old blue one he had was an ipad, the new one hes got is a damn dynavox, that body/case it has is an official dynavox , go look up the current dynavoc tobii set ups, he actually got a real one, he scammed the SLPs and occupational therapist evals and got the damn thing.

i looked it up, and this 1 month approval appears to be a VERY normal trial/evaluation period that most people can get accepted for
this is his CHC waiver essentially approving a 1 month trial, but, this doesnt mean that insurance/Medicaid paid for it either
Service dates: 11/21/2025 - 12/31/2025
keeping the unit without a renewal would mean he is either paying for it to rent or hes got an unreturned expired trial unit

In the past, Tom (and to a lesser extent, joe) have defended Andy's behavior and enabeld his behavior. Hell, tom was paying for the crack shack all this time instead of letting andy rot. I know I know, 'he's family' and all that, but it does point to a familial connection that Tom still is willing to do things for andy.

that said, I admit this was in the past. andy's likely full on Tardasaurus Rex screeching at Tom and joe on the phone demanding they take him back.

Do I think they would? The odds aren't zero, but its not likely. If he does get put in a psyche ward or even another home I doubt Tom's willing to bring him back. Tom's going to think Andy's getting the help he needs there and isn't going to listen to more mewling or threats from andy. hell, Tom might even block andy's number and only communicate with the next home if andy keeps it up enough like he was doing to that one woman who had to file a restraining order against him.

But I won't lie, it would be a tragedy if Tom took andy back now.

things have changed quite a bit since yesterday, so im going to tell you everything i know, and no worries, the recordings WILL go out, but will have to wait.
SO. this is exactly what i "heard"

Andys retarded ass is NOT at warren state hospital. he has been at st vincents since last weekend, because he left the facility AMA and the cops drove him to the er at st vincents..anyway, he proceeded to freak the fuck out, throw tables and chairs at staff and other patients in the ER, and they admitted him to the behavioral health unit.

he is not only banned from the nursing home, but he is banned from any HCF facility in the US.
the hospital tried to get them to take him back, but they said get fucked, and dropped all his shit off in the ER :lit: :lit:

he is not able to live on his own though, and is being court ordered into the state hospital, which should happen in the next several weeks
surprisingly, he has access to internet and his phone, and his stupid "communication device"

so long story short? hes fucked. he has absolutely backed himself into a corner, one which he will not escape from easily.

also @Bob's Vagene and i will be sort of taking a break from things, at least for the time being, in regards to this fat retarded nigger :semperfidelis:

ALSO one more thing, someone in authority said he was a pedophile and that they all collectively hate his guts.

He ain't allowed to 'wun away' anymore. As I understand it, from the hospital he is in now, there's no signing yourself out against medical advice. He stays where he is until things are squared away.
