I doubt it. The proportions of an adult male or female torso are hugely different to that of a child. People are claiming it's from some generic asset library, but I've never seen SSS mapped topless children on the UE marketplace.

If it's shipped in a AAA production release it's news. If it's digital art it's not CSAM. Please stop using CSAM to describe pure fiction. The term has a legal definition that no abstract creation can ever meet.

I remember that Outlast 2 was suppose to have an voice acted audio clip of a priest raping a minor in the game which was cut during production for the most obvious reasons but the fact that it even went that far tells me that there are a lot more creeps in the dev team who were perfectly fine with that being a thing. The audio clip was found after people dug into the game too which seems to be the same situation here.

No. If the users on Steam discussions are to believed, this is the texture. The OP said there's a "model" in the DLC but if that's the case I don't see anyone discussing the model.
The texture had accessory files with the suffixes -ao, -g, -m, -n, -s, and -sss that have technical purposes. Claude says:
Common texture suffixes (naming convention, not UE-enforced):
-ao — Ambient Occlusion: baked contact shadowing in crevices
-g — Gloss(iness): inverse of roughness (some pipelines use it for roughness itself — check)
So this is a fully rendered texture. It would work in another game. Say, if you were an ID developer who was making a Lolicon game in the same engine.
There you go, I pulled off the bandaid, you can all act like adults now and discuss the thing without moralfagging so hard over an UE5 texture that actual free discussion becomes impossible.
Edit: This DLC is in the id Tech 8 engine, not UE5, but these textures follow "PBR conventions (mostly from Substance-style pipelines) that nearly every modern engine uses". So yes, an id dev actively developing a 3D lolicon game or something else would have these textures for UE5 or many other games.
There's no model being shown in the discussions so I can't say what the character looks like if it's fully rendered. To give you an idea of how hard it is to figure out what a texture looks like when mapped to a model, here's the Archvile.
Sounds overblown and without some hard proof I am not gonna care. From the textures shown way later in the thread this doesn't look that bad at all. Some of the people in that thread are straight up hysterical and seem to not even know what the fuck CSAM is.
So far, this sounds like an TES: Oblivion situation where dataminers found a naked woman that then warranted Oblivion to be recalled and rerated. Except, this claim has no proof or bearing as of now.

the ones i'm seeing at the current last pages are saying it's a stock model from some library, even though that's not the point and more like why it's that detailed....

From my experience with modelling it's not uncommon to often model a full body for a character and then fit clothes onto said base then cut off parts that would cause clipping, this especially being the case for models which are supposed to have multiple outfits or use the same generic body base as other characters (Off the top of my head, think of MK9 and how similar the body types are with each female and male character, they all use the same body except with different heads and outfits.)
Often times this asset is removed but there are times where the base is left in the files or the modeller just makes the mesh invisible, or the asset itself is stock hence the unnecessary detail since it's not tailored for the game specifically.
That's the notorious HL2 Cinematic Mod which is basically the poster boy of a "graphics update" being just detail for the sake of detail to the point that it actively looks worse than the old game. Besides infinity ferns growing everywhere and random gigantic 12 lane bridges to nowhere and the really funny looking el abominacions for character models, it also replaced Alyx with what is basically a straight up porn model intended for rendering smut in Gmod/SFM, featuring a fully modeled and texture mapped vagoo right up to and including the cervix.
IIRC the later versions let you take your pick from like a dozen different Alyx models.
