Saying "Go on, keep harassing me, see how it plays out in court" is not entrapment. If you, the baited, get mad enough to keep up the harassment or worse, shoot someone because they made you mad and taunted you beforehand, you are responsible for your own actions.
It will not fly in review when Jonathan tries to make the retarded argument that everything he did over a year was somehow legal retaliation. His life isn't in danger, Katie isn't an immediate, physical threat to him, his son, or the mother, and at any point in time he could have stopped interacting with Katie and didn't.
