I am not holding Pat to the standards of a professional tradesperson, but even an amateur could evenly line up the railings.
The left side railing is mounted completely differently than the right.

Note the mounting levels. The top left and top middle board have a continuous line formed by the machined groove.

The right railing is clearly at a much different heights. Note the excessive space between the bottom of the decking and the right railing. Could it be the roof sags in that corner?
