I planned to keep this keyed until I was able to completely confirm it, but since it's already being mentioned, I'll just give everything I got and how I exactly tracked him down.

Nevermind, I just looked up the name on Youtube and he has a visible youtube channel with his face on it.
I went and looked at some of the videos and while they're from 6 years ago this is clearly not Kiwitapes lmfao

It's good to keep in mind that a lot of narrators force their voice for their videos, and the difference in time/mic quality can alter it a bit. I'm not saying it's him but I'm also not saying it isn't.
