@Ralph Barnhardt is there any news in the Patel v Jim slapfight? The court appears static since early last year, but I was hoping that maybe you've heard Jim mention anything juicy about it particularly in light of Jim's victory against Flynn

No headway that I've seen Jim mention. The only case he's talked about is the Flynn one and the imaginary counter suit he's maybe gonna make against Flynn or maybe just continue to tweet into the abyss.

The only talk I've seen from him about the Kash suit is to complain that a member of the government, tho I'm not sure Kash was a member when he sued him, is suing him to shut him up or some bullshit or to say that he has a secret plan to beat the lawsuit he already lost because he refused to acknowledge it. I don't know how Jim's gonna pull off a victory here as he's been abandoned by The Doyle but I believe in Kash's jeet prowess to be able to fuck up and lose a lawsuit he's already won.

I’m with you on this 100%. They could’ve easily lobbied the board and had them add it. He’ll, back then it might’ve been a good idea seeing the way tech was already encroaching on our lives and everyone just assuming it’s just going to grow from that point on.

And “trans media” may not have become a thing but we got live streamers, which is really the worst possible universe we could’ve been given. I would’ve much rather had a show I could vote on for the next chapter and have be a billionaire than have a world where Rekietas kids are testing positive for coke and Chris Chan is raping his mom. We did get to see the Gunt beat down overseas so that’s a plus.

I'm guessing ignoring a lawsuit to the point that damages are awarded against you so you can come back and say "The guy who served papers said he gave them to someone in their 30's and I'm clearly not in my 30's sorta so it is YOU who should be giving ME money, dot head child" isn't a winning strategy. I guess when you've never had to actually fight for anything or achieve anything you have no idea how much losing can fucking suck.

@Useful_Mistake if you would help a retard (me) understand is there any way Jim could've succeeded on personal jurisdiction argument? That's the only thing that I at least saw that maybe had any kind of merit.

Well, the Judge did order additional briefing to clarify the issue due on May 4th. So, I guess we'll see what he comes up with.
 
I, again, want to thank @Useful_Mistake for keeping this thread alive with useful and good updates. Jim has just been so fucking boring as of late. He keeps stroking his dick about all the money he's totally gonna get from Flynn from a lawsuit that I fully believe will never materialize past his motion for costs. He keeps calling Kash a googly eyed freak that he can't wait to see in court DESPITE getting BTFO'd. Even the latest Trump assassination attempt is the same, exact, fucking, bullshit you've seen a thousand times from far more clever and unhinged people on blsky. Maybe it gets better in his podcast but seeing how his podcast is just him reading off his twitter and he hasn't done anything as magical as Empathy Is Science since then, I really struggle to sit through an hour of Jim rambling while the Wine Hag periodically exclaims like she's a congregant in a non-denominational Pentecostal church and Jim's dress wearing gimp is just cringe. This is the only thing I've seen from him in WEEKS that's even remotely interesting as it's not the same regurgitated talking points he's been talking about since he decided to fuck up his life.

Pretty much, just with less slurs and misspellings. The one thing they didn't point out that I did was Jim's confirmed history of refusal of complying with a judgement against him and him going on the record with whatever news outlet it was saying that he was going to refuse give any payments to Flynn. I personally think that that's the real issue. Even if Flynn did win, and I think he had a good enough chance, what would it matter if there was no way to collect from a guy others have tried and failed?

EDIT:
I went to check Jim's twitter to see what he had to say about being a broke nigga. He has yet to even acknowledge it, either by tweet, skeet, or blog.
