Reminder, Jer has bitched about the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS he lost on things like helping Sydney Watson with her tea company, and trying to start the Publica, yet when it comes to spending nearly the same amount on his own business that apparently has a positive cash flow, he had to take out a second mortgage on his house.

Also, I'm sure many people here know what home equity is, it would be the total assets minus total liabilities essentially the value someone has in their home.
Less people though might know about something called a HELOC, or a Home Equity Line of Credit.
What a HELOC allows someone to do is take a portion of their available equity out as a loan at a variable rate to pay for any number of things, including retarded coffee businesses.
In short, what we learn from Jer having to take out a second mortgage is that not only does he not have any cash in the bank, but also this fat smelly mother fucker doesn't even have money in his fucking Mcmansion sized house.
Jer isn't a millionaire, and he hasn't been for quite some time, if ever.
Being a millionaire would require someone to either have over a million dollars cash, or have a total asset value minus total liabilities of over a million dollars, and from all the shit Jer has done, I don't believe he has ever had a positive net worth north of a million dollars, because if he did, we would be seeing him move differently.
