if yaniv can identify as a woman and silence his opponents, or identify as metis and demand resources, couldn't the victims of his complaints simply identify as foreign nationals and avoid these ridiculous tribunals?

If you want my opinion, i am left with a negative impression of the jccf, how they jumped in to offer 3rd party legal support on bchrt complaints that will largely be screened out. They were fundraising almost immediately and wont be doing anything for 24-36 months before it gets screened out. They also will not touch anything beyond the bchrt stuff and have no interest in addressing the actual root of the problem.

Not the sort of organization i thought they were prior.

I'll be more specific. They declined twice before all of this bchrt stuff. I had pointed this out on x and not really a surprise the image of their declining to help that I had posted disappeared from their thread. I find THAT in particular to be dishonest. They only stepped in when it was dallas brodie and other public figures, otherwise they do not give two fucks about the free speech of us ants.

We are ants to them and those of us that got nailed with bchrt complaints are literally fundraising cows for them.

Foreclosure experts, help me here. If Yaniv's apartment doesn't sell via its public listing, does it go to auction? Is he HRTslamming every name he can think of because he's trying to scrape together cash to win that auction?

I've been assuming he's mostly venting his rage and wouldn't mind getting paid via HRT/CRT for doing it, but is there something else even more compelling for him?

Not an expert, but Alta own the property and they want the money back for it.
That could be via a straight sale or by auction if that's what they decide to do.

Jon has obviously seen the recent kangapoof court fining s man $750k and, being the legal heavyweight he is, has decided that this is his way out of the consequences of being a man child in a grown up world.

Lol that auction will be sooner than 24-36 months. All he is doing is flailing. He will have to move eventually.

even IF the BCHRT were to take on any one of these cases, there's no guarantee:
  • they'll rule in Tranniv's favor
  • they'll levy a $750k fine
  • the plaintiff will immediately pay up
  • the plaintiff won't win an appeal in the regular court system
this is some leftover pain med/gin and tonic/Amyl Nitrate popper/Nyquil fueled Hail Mary funny fucking bullshit right here
 
Totally blanked on Yaniv's name earlier today but I was so happy to see that his SEO was strong enough for me to figure it out

I took a look at his new business website and it just won't work.

The business address appears to be something called the Cactus Club Cafe and the service he is offering, for substantial sums of money, is no different from his SEO nonsense he's failed at previously.

The only real difference is that he is now disguising what he's selling behind a while pile of buzz words and phrases.

My guess is he's going to try and get some sort of Metis grant.
