Someone already mentioned this but the epic new Tor rewrite in Rust just pulls in a bunch of random garbage from crates.io. Great job!

While im no rust alog (I genuinely don't care about it), the ecosystem around rust makes it nigh unusable from a package maintainer's perspective...
