There is a time AFTER deposit and BEFORE the check clears for the depositing institution.

I said deposited but I used the wrong term-the bank said paid. I assumed paid meant you had deposited it but I admit I’m a retard when it comes to old fashioned payment methods.

I’ll wait, it’s only been 14 days. I just have anxiety I paid some farm in New Zealand.

But JAAAAWSH! I don't wanna put my name and address on your website! Help me buy patches but without compromising my security.

edit: holy shit you need my phone number too? Come on man. I understand needing my shipping address ('cause obviously) but why would you need my phone number?

These are requirements by the card processors and shipping companies. You are ordering physical merchandise.

What gay and retarded times we live in. Ideally it would be nice if I could send some BTC/cash, submit a form with my PO box info, and boom.

Reminder to up your billgay to $25 a month for awhile to get enough KiwiKredit™ so you won't be mistaken for a poorfag if the banks go slomoschlomo on you.

And a reminder that some banks report the check as "paid" by which they mean sent (and take the money out of your account then) and others won't show it paid until they actually get back confirmation it was deposited. The first is more common.

let's say that hypothetically, someone was a dumb-ass idiot and forgot to backup the password manager database their account password was saved in when they were swapping OS's, and that the password for the e-mail they used to register the account was also saved in that same database, so they've lost any and all access to their old account. Let's say this really dumb and moronic person had a T&H banner on their old account, and wanted it applied to their new one. what level of proof would be needed that the old account belonged to them so they could have it applied to their new account? or is there no real way to prove it and they'd just have to make another donation? Hypothetically, of course.

if you can't prove your account is yours by logging into it i cannot help you.
Fair enough. Guess that person will be going to the post office on Monday, then.

on a related note, would making a donation help decrease the time a new account is under probation? I'd really like to have a profile pic, I'm supposed to be a chonky green birb but without the profile pic my name sounds like I'm into some gross stuff.

I'm going to be making a big beg post in the future about our current situation. I'd really hate to get aggressive with nags but it's like, we kinda have to float this boat right now.

Damn, US cost of living must be an even bigger bitch compared to Eastern Europe than I imagined.

Is the goal (God bless the goal) to maintain the site or to give you financial future? IIRC, the idea was to be fully funded by June. Has that changed? This has no bearing on anything for me other than curiosity.

I've been putting donating off because I wanted to compartmentalize and do bill pay via a random dedicated bank and account, but Ill just use my regular bank. God speed, Joah.

Both.

1/3rd of my money is burned right away. I'm sorry to frame it like this but if you give me $20, I keep $13.20 of it. The rest goes to worthless eaters. This is out of my hands and I can't form an S corp to reduce my tax burden until I have steady income, which I do not have.

My expenses for the site just to keep it up is about $3000/mo.

My personal expenses are several thousand more.

That's treading water. LFJ wants to sue us, Alyssa Mercante wants to sue us, some other fag wants to sue us, Greer will continue suing us. Gobbles is suing us. We have low five figures in the litigation fund from 2023. I did the best I could with Vinnie and avoided a foreign court order which could have been used to deplatform us more, but that's not going to last forever.

I need to get ahead and I need to start saving for litigation. I need enough income coming in that I can actually re-invest into my future, the site, and our endless litigation costs. Honestly, $12,000/mo is low end estimate of what we need to actually make moves. I'm very disappointed we aren't there. I think it's just because I am not doing enough to show people it's a thing and it works.

There comes a point in all serious business where the stakeholders have dragged their feet enough and you need to lay it out in front of them and go "seriously guys we have to start this now now now now or it's not going to happen"

Thank you for the detailed response. I have set up billpay on my end and it was easy enough. Mid month delivery.

I would use crypto, but while I consider myself fairly technically competent, actual crypto set up and use still baffles me especially in regards to crypto wallets. The warning about not sending payment from an exchange wallet sticks out to me. I can follow the BuyBitcoinworld guide to an extant, but its not as straightforward for my monkey brain as I need it to be.

Im sure Im not the only one still too retarded to use crypto. Instructions for it like you did for the Bill Pay option might help. Just feedback on the chance that that is useful to you.
