I'm still reading the suit but a large chunk of it seems dedicated to litigating his firing, trying to get un-fired or get some sort of restitution. I'm not super familiar with Arkansas, but I suspect the state has employer-friendly labor laws that make this a pointless exercise. But what would an Acerthorn suit even be if not a pointless exercise?
