I'm still reading the suit but a large chunk of it seems dedicated to litigating his firing, trying to get un-fired or get some sort of restitution. I'm not super familiar with Arkansas, but I suspect the state has employer-friendly labor laws that make this a pointless exercise. But what would an Acerthorn suit even be if not a pointless exercise?

Why would you bother attempting to work for them again (beyond a claim of unfair dismissal, in which (legally) you should always have been an employee, but even then if you win you take your lost wages and fuck off into the sunset).
 
I've scanned both the US and Arkansas constitutions and I can't find the relevant portions where the courts have the option to "go nuclear." Any lawyer or poli sci types can advise?
