I love our justice system so much. I fucking LOVE how we do everything humanly possible to protect criminals and bad people. Aren't judges just so fucking based for releasing violent criminals over and over again?

I mean, there's always a higher court.
There's still this case, although I don't believe it can be appealed yet as not all claims have been disposed of, just the bodycam one which is the one we actually care about:

You can look it up on MCRO at the case number in the title of the thread.

fact over feeling
fact was baldo had a plea deal plea deal said tape gets deleted for guility plea no matter what.
...
null only won this battle by doing an op outside the form.

Does this also mean the other lawsuit brought by Hardin is dead or is this just the complaint about intercediing (I am very stupid please forgive me).

At least Nick is such a retarded druggie that he's in a hell of his own making regardless of whether or not we see his trash piles.

That lawsuit also denied Mr. Hardin access to the body cam footage. They are currently still litigating on other requested data regarding Nick's arrest. Mr. Hardin has yet to appeal that loss.

No it didn't. They weren't even thinking about it or they would have actually deleted it.

I don't think he can yet. It's not a final judgment.

Why is fucking Minnesota of all places defending a rightoid streamer this hard?

It really does seem like, despite thousands of people preaching otherwise, courts bend over backwards for criminals/defendants and constantly shit over victims/plaintiffs (in criminal cases at least).
