Updated the thread as I found out that MarzGurl was on a game show a few years back.

Michael technically didn't cheat, he just found a way to win big money. Still, he was not a good person who did other money-making fraud schemes as well. Who knows where he is now?

Here's another ROBLOX incident that occurred today, not at my ROBLOX group, but at another groups ROBLOX Wheel of Fortune. The user Will said: Rest in peace Charlie once again, paying respects to Charlie Kirk. The user ASN said: This isn't the place for politics. which I agree that ROBLOX game shows aren't a place for politics, but all Will was doing was paying respects to Charlie Kirk, it doesn't matter what you thought of his views, he didn't deserve what happened to him. It's still absolutely disgusting the things I've seen about Charlie's death all over the internet.

So a bit of an update, Golden-Road.net got its website suspended for the server, thus for the time being, over 25 years of history is now down the toilet.

This was first announced that they're trying to fix it by Buzzerblog crony Jsach/Jacob Sachleben, but then a discord post was leaked where it talks about the whole situation. Basically whichever webhost they had recently had a merger, and decided to get out of website hosting, Marc Green, the founder of the site, was given multiple emails but did nothing about it, and some guy named John who runs the site now is trying to get the data moved to a new host but they're unsure if the data still exists.

Guess we'll see if this is the end for a site that's been around since the 90s.

Michael Larson's figuring out the computer controlling the square indicator looped through fixed patterns was ingenious. The fact he used any money he had - his Press Your Luck winnings included - on bad investments before being robbed of whatever was left, is probably more of what makes him a lolcow. I even believe he was so broke before he died that he was begging game shows to take him as a contestant and they all turned him down without hesitation.

I actually remember watching these episodes in real time and being amazed an episode continued to the next day without fully realizing what was going on. I also wondered if his hitting a whammy on his first spin in round one was part of his plan to try making his intent less obvious.

If the story I heard is accurate, other people were starting to figure out the cyclical nature of the patterns and ready to take advantage of it. That's why a few new patterns were programmed in ASAP after the Michael Larson episodes with additional patterns added after that. Although Michael Larson's feat never happened again, all of the newly-added patterns still had the same fundamental flaw: they were cyclical. Just count 18 flashes of the indicator and it will end up on the same square again. The only exception is when a new pattern is loaded mid-spin; there's a small stutter in the board sound when this happens. Had anyone else figured out that the number of patterns was irrelevant and instead focused on the period value of 18, there would have been far more big payouts.

When a new version of Press Your Luck became part of the summer mini-run of revamped old game shows, host Elizabeth Banks went out of her way to emphasize and make a big deal about a contestant having a same-sex spouse during one particular episode.

Is there any friction between Marc and John that might result in the former not turning over any data/information he might have? Ive seen this happen before when two people or factions have a falling out and refuse to play nice with each other where they hold data or even a domain name hostage as a passive-aggressive act of pettiness.

I'm not too sure since I don't know too much about the ins and outs of the website, but I can imagine that with how old the site is and how it like many other forums have mostly died out due to the rise of social media sites, especially Reddit with communities moving over there, and I can imagine that for him with the fact that he didn't have any influence over the actual show anymore he felt it wasn't worth his time anymore. At the end of the day we'd have to know from the guys themselves and I'm not even sure if Marc is still online while i'm unsure that John would be fine talking on this site about it.

I found the nicest free local channel by pure random chance upon buying one of these new sort of digital antennas. It's great, all the old shows from Gameshow Network I used to watch in my youth, good old Match Game (that actually goes into 79), Press Your Luck, and a few others I had never seen before but like, all circa the 80s and 70s.

It's literally the only thing of broadcast television I watch at all anymore.

So I found something really interesting and horrifying. Chad Mosher, who I mentioned in the YouTube Game Show Community here.

Chad Mosher is a guy who's managed to be on a bunch of Game Shows since the early 2000s, and has uploaded a bunch of old Game Shows for people to watch, but like many people on this, Chad has become a major politisperg in the last 10 years, constantly sperging out about politics on social media. So I found Chad's Jeopardy appearance from a old unlisted videos archive that he had.
And I also found and archived his PlayCafe game show that he did in 2007. The YouTube channel for it was still up and so I archived what wasn't archived.

So it looks like GoldenRoad.net is finally back up, so I guess that solved the data issue and found a new service provider.

While digging through I managed to find some more content regarding Chad Mosher. First I found some weird video of some guy celebrating Chad's Wheel of Fortune appearance in 2014.

And finally I found his Who Wants to be a Millionaire appearances in 2011.

I know Chuck Barris has been dead for the last 8 years, but surely a man that was able to juggle television production, song writing, and clandestine government assassination is a shining gem of the Game Show Community?

So I found something that's very interesting. So it turns out that the goldenroad.net forum at some point, likely when the site was down, was taken over by a tranny named Jessica Brand, who's deadname appears to be Jonathan Brand, and that he took it over due to the fact he runs the site's discord server.

The gist about Jonathan is that he is hyperobsessed with baseball, and appears that at one point he had jobs because he appears to have a hyperautistic level of Baseball knowledge and with DEI at its peak he was getting jobs due to being a twitter addict and a troon, and somehow even got a sports emmy, however this appears to be due to him being one of many researchers at the show he was working on, MLB tonight.

Besides the hyperobsession with baseball and hockey he appears to also have an obsession with game shows as shown by the fact he's been on that golden road site since 2005, and he used to do some sort of podcast called the "Gumbocast" with fellow game show obsessed troon Robert Seidelman. Jonathan starts speaking in this video at 0:45.
Also he loves using face filters like most trannies as seen by this video of what he actually looks like.


While digging I found some very interesting articles. So he graduated from the University of Rhode Island, and it just so happens that his mother, Susan Trostle Brand, and his deceased father, Stephen Brand, both so happened to be professors at the college, so its very likely that Jonathan got into the college through them as a nepobaby to get jobs. One article is about him getting his stinkditch installed in California, and the other is about him speaking at the college about being a troon.

The most notable thing about the articles is that he claims that at the age of 2 he knew that he was actually a girl because he whispered to some kid in daycare about it, so you can figure out what kind of mental thought went into that idea.

So what's been going on with Jonathan now? He's jobless, basically getting by on the tugboat after he got fired from FanDuel, and he's begging for money because he claims he can't keep up with the bills anymore and if he can't keep up with the rent he's going to have to move with his mom down in Florida and work in a call-center.

Ultimately this troon is a perfect example of what has happened to autistic spaces, many of them trooned out and they took over from the old autists. I don't imagine that forum will last much longer if they're being led by someone who can't even pay his own bills, but its possible he's not involved in the financial side of things.

If someone travelled back in time 10 or 15 years ago and told younger Zyklon C that trannies would be taking over things like the game show and embroidery worlds, he would have fucking stared at you as if you were an idiot.

And yet here we are.

So it looks like with all of the Roblox BS and shitty rule changes, the game show groups over there are shutting down, as Game Show League, one of the biggest, decided to call it quits.

Just found this out today, Chad Mosher was found not guilty by his peers. Apparently the alleged victim kept changing his story and that was enough to have the case dropped.
This part though I found very interesting, as the incident still occurred, but it was somehow not sexual? Makes zero sense but that's the judicial system for you.
