I haven't watched much Cenk because I find him irritating, but the impression that I got was that his main rhetorical tactic is repeating some straw man of his opponent's side with a stupid voice. I still think he's a better debater than Hasan since Cenk seems to have at least normal intelligence and can actually engage with his opponent, but Hasan can't even do that. He can't even do good straw men, at best he'll have someone else write some super-long, mean-spirited insult, but these are never actually specific enough to be funny and he'll drop them in weird places.
