Facebook is full of grifters who agitate with boomer outrage posts like this so they can rake in advertisement money. I wouldn't be surprised.
He has been banned from living with his mother, right? So when he loses the place, he'll have to apply to get disability housing somewhere. Because, as much as it would thrill me, this pancake won't be homeless. I feel for whoever his neighbors end up being.Just a reminder - Flabbergut is due to pay his mortgage company $360,694 plus other costs by this weekend.

He's been banned from setting foot in her strata full stop, iirc. But even without that ban he couldn't have lived with her anyway because it's a 55+ building (although he certainly looks that old).He has been banned from living with his mother, right?
I thought the ban had been lifted after a certain amount of time. Good on them for making it permanent. Any news on Miriam's assault trial? They were supposed to set the date on Jan 7th. I'm alright at navigating American court docs, but less so at Canadian. He's been banned from setting foot in her strata full stop, iirc. January 21 at Surrey Provincial Court.I thought the ban had been lifted after a certain amount of time. Good on them for making it permanent. Any news on Miriam's assault trial? They were supposed to set the date on Jan 7th. I'm alright at navigating American court docs, but less so at Canadian.
Is there a way to watch proceedings online, or only in person? ETA- Apparently, not. Sorry for the question.January 21 at Surrey Provincial Court.
The criminal case with Miriam is on January 21st in Surrey.I don't really see this as being something he can drag out.
He owes $360,694 and that isn't something he can argue about.
The mortgage company owns his condo and want it back, or the $360,694 he owes.
That's a standard policy that they follow , probably many times each week.
Being a fat tranny with claimed medical conditions isn't going to hold this up significantly and his attempts to avoid being served will encourage the mortgage company to get him out ASAP.
I believe BC allow a 6 month "sort yourself out" period , but the mortgage company can argue against that if they feel so inclined.

It states that since ZERO money has been paid, so on January 29th, 2025 at 9:45 am PST Alta West will seek an Order for Conduct of Sale.
Jon has the opportunity to respond to this Notice using a Form 33 within several days. MM researched this, and basically he could cry to the court asking for more time to pay, but his daydreams of suing anyone and drumming up nearly $400,000 is just pie in the sky. MM highly doubt the court will grant him any more time. It is clear NO ONE will lend him the funds. MM are surprised that Miriam and the aunt didn’t sell or refinance to try to bail him out – maybe the old birds have some sense left? They probably don’t have cents left though, and that is why.
MM are pretty certain this is a done deal, but will update you as the court files hit the CSO.
On January 29th, 2026 – if Jon boy doesn’t magically pull a tampon out of his arse, to delay things – it looks like the court will grant the Order for Conduct of Sale. This will immediately transfer the Title Ownership of the condo into the name of Alta West Mortgage Corp and allow them to immediately put the property up for sale using a real estate agent, auction or private sale method. The Notice outlines the realtor fees that could be paid out of the sale – something MM forget to deduct in our previous calculations. The Notice outlines that Jon will have to let the real estate agent and Alta West have access to the condo, to appraise the value, and to show to prospective buyers.
Not sure how BC does it, but over here, in some juridictions, I believe they deny it if it would be futile, or the property is being wasted or destroyed by the mortgagor.I believe BC allow a 6 month "sort yourself out" period , but the mortgage company can argue against that if they feel so inclined.
An "order nisi" in general is an order that isn't final but becomes final unless some condition is met. It's one of those goofy old law Latin terms. Now it's more often called something like a "conditional order."Nearly six months ago, Alta West asked for an Order Nisi to judiciously prompt fatboy to pony up and pay out his mortgage (the redemption period).
Apologies, I'd forgotten he'd already had his 6 month period, so this should be the end of the road as far as this particular arc is concerned.Anyone know the general time frame and the effects of any "one weird tip" vexlit tricks? I mean I'm pretty sure he'll try to pull shenanigans of some sort, just wondering how they might work, if at all.

I'm guessing he's going to be awkward about letting people view the property and I can see that causing the case to go back to court, but nothing that's going to make this all go away for him.
AltaWest consented to the full six months because he told them he was arranging financing, but that six months ran out.Not sure how BC does it, but over here, in some juridictions, I believe they deny it if it would be futile, or the property is being wasted or destroyed by the mortgagor.

Can't they recoup by streaming it on pay-per-view?They'll need to have the sale price approved by the court. They may also need a bailiff to get him out, which can take a little bit to arrange and isn't cheap (about 5K last I checked).
